ONE bus services are up and running - timings are available on the Zeelo website.

Mon/Tue/Thu departures from the bus park at 16.25

Wed/Fri departures from the bus park at 16.00

There are two buses serving routes O1 Stowmarket and O2 Felixstowe – if these are full then the second bus will arrive shortly afterwards

There have been some service changes for Ipswich Bus Services 18A, 97 and 997 too:

18A – Norwich Road – SuffolkONE

This service will no longer operate.

Customers who currently use the 18A service to travel to Suffolk ONE can travel into Tower Ramparts Bus station using services 8, 9 & 10 and transfer on to service 997 which operates directly from Tower Ramparts to SuffolkONE.

Customers in Westbourne & Whitehouse can use service 8, which operates every 12 minutes. To view the route map and timetable for service 8 click here.

Customers in Castle Hill & Whitton can use services 9/10 which operate every 10 minutes. To view the route map and timetable for services 9 & 10 click here.

In the morning, 997 journeys from Tower Ramparts to SuffolkONE leave from stand NN and depart at 08:38 & 08:48. All bus stands are clearly labelled. To view a plan of Tower Ramparts bus stations, click here.

In the afternoon, 997 journeys from SuffolkONE to Tower Ramparts depart at 16:00. 16:30 and 16:40.

97/98 & 604 – Ipswich to Shotley

Shotley > ONE AM: use Bus 604 (departs Shotley Gate Bristol Arms @ 07.55)

ONE > Shotley: use Bus 604 (departs ONE Bus Park at 16.25 every day)

997 – Ipswich Central to SuffolkONE

The 997 will run a more frequent service for transfers at Old Cattle Market and Tower Ramparts
